• All products sold come with basic usage assurance for peace of mind.

• Our store promotes honest transactions, and we value clarity in all customer dealings.


REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

We stand by what we sell, but due to the nature of tech products, our refund policy is firm and structured:


✔️ Return Window:

• Returns are only accepted within 48 hours of delivery/pickup. Product must remain in the exact condition it was sold.


🔁 Conditions for Return:

• Gadget must not have been tampered with, formatted, or physically damaged.

• All original packaging, receipts, and accessories must be returned.

• Software-related issues (after setup by buyer) are not eligible for refund.

• A ₦10,000 re-stocking fee may apply for approved refunds (to cover inspection and relisting).


❌ No Refund/Exchange If:

• The product was damaged after delivery

• The customer changed their mind after usage

• The issue was disclosed prior to purchase


We are firm but fair. Our refund policy is designed to protect both buyers and sellers and maintain integrity in all transactions.

By purchasing from Posh Computers, you agree to the following:


• Warranty: We offer 7 days functional guarantee on most pre-owned devices. New items may carry longer warranties as specified by manufacturers.


• Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect or test their gadgets upon delivery or pickup.


• Product Images & Listings: All advertised specs and conditions reflect the actual item sold or will be disclosed otherwise.


• Delivery & Risk: We deliver nationwide. Once a product is delivered and accepted, all risks are transferred to the buyer.


• Trade-In Policy: Items offered for trade must be fully tested and appraised by our technicians. Value is based on market and device conditions
